He got poisoned by Du Gu Lang and Zhi Shui gave him an antidote but later found out that it was a fake one from Du Gu Lang. The poison is the same one from KO 3anguo that was used on Diao Chan, Zhang Fei, Ma Cao and Huang Zhong when they drank the drink invented by Hua Tuo called Bien Hen Da. The antidote is Hen Da Bien which is just a change of the word order. Zhi Ge is now a mean, perverted person and this poison was spread contagiously onto Xiao Ci making her also mean and violent. Hei Long later got the antidote from Gu Zhan when they formed an alliance to bring down Du Gu Lang to save the ones he captured. This antidote was used to cure Zhi Ge, Zhi Shui and Xiao Ci.

Zhi Ge has an alternate counterpart in the Silver Dimension called Liu Bei in K.O. 3anguo 2017 taking the same Liu Bei role as Xiu from the Iron Dimension in the first K.O 3anguo.
