Liu Bian (劉辯), courtesy Liu Bohe (劉伯和), is the current leader of the Nationwide School Union in the Silver Dimension and a distant cousin to Liu Bei. Dong Han Academy is under his command. He was ascended to "meng zhu" at a very young age.

His most threatening enemies include Dong Zhuo and Lu Bu.

Liu Bian first appears in the series on the 31st Round  to give Xiu/Liu Bei control over a secret army.

After Dong Zhuo was promoted to being part of his palace's guard, he quickly took actions and took over the imperial court, and automatically removed Liu Bian's position and banned all schools.

Origin

Liu Bian is based on the Prince of Hongnong (trad. ch.: 弘農王; sim. ch.: 弘农王; py.: Hóng Nóng Wáng; also translated as "King of Hongnong"), who was briefly an emperor of China during the Han dynasty. He is also known as "Emperor Shao" (literally "young emperor"), a name which he shares with several other emperors with brief reigns. He came to power in 189 and was deposed and then poisoned by Dong Zhuo in 190.
